Allianz Championship presented by Administaff

In three years, the Allianz Championship created a new winter tradition for golf in the Boca Raton area.

The Champions Tour has made an impressive impact on the landscape of sports in the Boca Raton area with charitable donations, a sound economic impact and the opportunity for area fans to rub elbows with golf’s greatest legends.

Many friends of the tournament have provided unselfish support in the past three years. Through their efforts and support from over 900 volunteers, the tournament has been able to donate funds to local Boca Raton area charities.

Defending champion Mike Goodes along with Mark James and Scott Hoch have been crowned champions of the Allianz Championship and will return February 15 – 21 to compete against what has become one of the strongest fields on the Champions Tour schedule. The 54-hole stroke-play competition with a purse of $1.7 million will be broadcast to a national and international audience Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the Golf Channel.

With support from Allianz, Administaff, Broken Sound Club and numerous area corporate partners, fans can look forward to Champions Tour golf each February for years to come.
